Many of us live with chronic illness,
chronic stress and/or other
chronic health challenges.
Come reFill Your Well.

Practice gentle asana (yoga postures),
pranayama (breathing exercises) and
meditation.

Each class is designed to replenish and
refresh body, mind & spirit.

Learn yoga tools you can use
outside the studio
to manage chronic conditions to
live life more fully & mindfully!

In keeping with ancient Yoga tradition,

Series & Workshops


Yoga for Chronic Conditions
Series

Chronic Conditions are considered something
that presents challenge in your life
on a daily basis
(including chronic illness, chronic stress/anxiety
and/or chronic injury).

This series will teach you yoga tools
(including asana, pranayama/ breathing exercises, meditation, self study &/or ritual)
to help manage symptoms, calm your system,
soothe your mind and infuse balance
when you need it most.

Practice a sampling of techniques in class.
You will receive a manual of all practices
for you to choose from for years to come.

Each series is 4 weeks.
Series can be repeated.

Develop Your Personal Yoga Practice:
a Series of 2 hour workshops


Learn to develop your Personal Yoga Practice!
Each workshop in this on-going series will focus on
certain aspects &/or practices that you can
add to your Personal Practice with emphasis on
enriching your home practice, asana,
meditation, pranayama, making it stick and more!
You will receive home practice handouts to
continue developing your practice in & out of the studio.

This series of workshops begins with
the Basics

which will teach you what a Personal Practice is,
how to make it unique to your needs and
how to begin building and continuing Your Practice at home.
Bring a notebook, a pen and be prepared for short practice sequences.

The second workshop in this series places focus on
Asana.
Learn postures you can practice at home,
how to adapt postures and why you may want to,
plus how to continue to practice asana at
home in a manner that best serves You-
the Practitioner!
Bring a notebook, a pen and be prepared for movement
as we explore asana and variations in each.

All workshops can be repeated.
Each workshop is appropriate for All Levels.

Developing Your Personal Practice: the Basics
Saturday Oct 23rd from 4-6pm
and
Developing Your Personal Practice: Asana
Saturday December 11th from 4-6pm

Meditation & Pranayama Series


Learn pranayama (breathing exercises)
and meditation techniques
to enrich your Yoga practice on and off the mat.
Learn to deliver focus, get more restful sleep,
bring calm or energy to your entire system and more
just by breathing.

Each 4 week series will include a sampling
of techniques best suited to fit the needs of its students.
Each class will build upon the next with
gentle movement to prepare the

body for pranayama and meditation.
Receive home practice handouts to continue to
practice on your own!

Appropriate for beginners to seasoned practitioners.
